Eric created his first business based in Charlotte, NC. During this time, Mr. Hulsman used his experience and entrepreneurial spirit to make impressive innovations in his field by creating two U.S. patents. Eric later relocated to Atlanta to expand upon his businesses. After Mr. Hulsman obtained his broker’s license for the state of Georgia, he began to buy and sell properties and build his housing portfolio. Since 1988, Mr. Hulsman has bought and sold over a thousand properties, making him a leading expert in real estate in his region.

Over the years, Eric Hulsman held positions such as President or Managing Member of various companies he founded including Jay Holdings Inc, Dutchmen Properties Inc, Shops at Cruse LLC, Spink Estates LLC, and Double Island LLC. His expertise encompasses many aspects of residential, commercial, and multi- or single-family real estate. His companies also specialize in real estate holdings, retail shopping center operations, residential land speculation and development, portfolio management, and distressed property management.
